Return/ Exchange/ Refund Policy: Because Items are hand made, and most items are Custom Made (meaning they can not be re-sold); We do not take any returns, exchanges or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We can provide store credit, no refunds. You agree to these terms and conditions each time you make a purchase.
Lost Orders: You are responsible for double checking that the address you provide for any and all Orders/ Subscriptions is CORRECT. If an order that is shipped out to you is not delivered to you due to an address error on the customers behalf, we do not take responsibility for lost items. We will only take responsibility for an error on our behalf. Please double check your address when placing an order or on your Profile.
Shipping/ Turn Around: Because most items are custom made, shipping takes anywhere from 7-14 business days (or more depending on order size, holiday rush and promo rush). Please be patient as we are trying to work as fast and efficiently as we can. If you need an item in a timely manner, please order with time in advance and feel free to add a note in your order stating the day you may need the item by. For example, if you are ordering a Birthday card, feel vfree to add that your loved ones birthday is July 6th.
Do you only follow CDCR visiting guidelines when it comes to the clothes you sell?
I do focus my attention on CDCR guidelines, but I have also taken a look at all guidelines throughout the United States (County Jails, State Prisons & Federal Institutions) and California actually seems to have the strictest visiting attire guidelines. With that being said, although I do only provide clothing that follows CDCR guidelines, please use the knowledge you already know about each institution you will visiting when shopping and purchasing.
